It’s an easy journey by train from London to Lille. Travel in comfort on the high-speed Eurostar trains and you’ll get to Lille, a dream destination for shopaholics and culture lovers, in 1 hour 22 minutes.
Getting to Lille from London is fast and easy by Eurostar – no changes needed!
Start your journey by boarding a Eurostar service from London to Lille. Some trains run non-stop to Lille, while others serve Ebbsfleet, Ashford and/or Calais as well.
The journey sweeps from bustling London through the lush county of Kent and the Channel Tunnel. After around 1 hour and 22 minutes, you’ll arrive in Lille, the capital of French Flanders.
In Lille, Eurostar stops at Lille Europe train station, which has a large offer of high-speed trains if you want to travel on to Belgium, the Netherlands or other destinations in France.
Due to announced strike, fewer trains will be operating on the Belgian rail network from Sunday 8 March (10 pm - CET) to Friday 11 March 2026 included.
An alternative train service will be drawn up based on available train staff. All details on this alternative train service will be available 24h in advance on www.belgiantrain.be.
Please take this alternative train service into account if you need to take a domestic connection in Belgium before or after an international train journey, or if you need to take our regional trains just across the border (Roosendaal, Maastricht, Aachen, Luxembourg, Lille or Maubeuge).
For the time being, we still don't know the possible impact of this strike on international trains (EuroCity, Eurocity Direct, TGV INOUI, Eurostar, OUIGO, ICE etc.). Please check this page regularly for further updates.
