  Ticket office: the Circle, Lower Concourse. Ticket machines are outside the ticket office and near the Southeastern and East Midland Trains platform.

  The Arcade, opposite Eurostar arrivals. Pre-purchased ticket collection from the ticket machines next to Eurostar departures.

• Lille Europe station has facilities and services to help reduced mobility passengers. The station is fitted with raised platforms, adapted toilets, lifts and escalators. Wheelchairs and mobile ramps are also available.

There are several parking options around Brussels-Midi/Zuid Station:

• Multi-storey manned car park open 24/7 (315 spaces, 12 disabled parking spots), motorbike parking included.
• Bicycle parking (located at the rear of the ground floor and on the first level of the car park)
• Pick-up and drop-off (located on Pancras Road). Attention: vehicles cannot be left unattended in the parking bays. Pancras Road is one-way, accessible only from Euston Road.
