Our Contact Centre provides all information and tickets for train journeys to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Great Britain, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, the Czech Republic and a few other European countries.

Payment with Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Through a voice menu, you can select the service you require.

The SNCB International Contact Centre will charge a service fee for the purchase of international train tickets by phone. This fee is not refundable. No service fee is charged for train tickets, travel passes or vouchers bought online.
