It’s an easy journey by train from Cologne to Brussels. With 2 high-speed trains – Thalys and ICE - competing on this route, you’ll get to the Belgian capital in no time at all.
Set off in Köln Hbf, Cologne’s main train station, situated next to the famous cathedral. After a comfortable journey with a travel time of less than 2 hours, you’ll arrive at Bruxelles-Midi/Brussel-Zuid, one of Brussels’ principal stations.
Upon your arrival, you’ll find a wide range of public transport lines (tram, metro, bus or even train) on offer, so you can start your visit to Brussels with ease. If you’re up for it, you can even rent a bicycle and head to Grand Place, Manneken Pis and the city’s many other tourist attractions!
