Ihre Reise startet im Pariser Nordbahnhof. Hier fahren mehrmals täglich direkte Eurostar Schnellzüge nach Köln ab. Dank diesen komfortablen Verbindungen wird Ihre Reise nur etwas mehr als 3 Stunden dauern.
Nach einigen Zwischenstopps (u.a. in Brüssel und Aachen) erreichen Sie dann den Kölner Hauptbahnhof. Hier stehen Sie sozusagen direkt am Fuße des berühmten Doms… Der Hauptbahnhof ist aber auch nur wenige Minuten von den Einkaufsmeilen, mehreren großen Museen und vielen weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Köln Hbf ist außerdem ein wichtiger Knotenpunkt, wenn Sie Ihre Reise in andere deutsche Städte, oder nach Skandinavien, Mittel- und Osteuropa, fortsetzen möchten.

Due to a national strike, the rail service on the Belgian rail network will be limited from Sunday 23 November (10 pm - CET) to Wednesday 26 November 2025 included.
An alternative train service will be drawn up based on available train staff. All details on this alternative train service will be available 24h in advance on www.belgiantrain.be.
Please take this alternative train service into account if you need to take a domestic connection in Belgium before or after an international train journey, or if you need to take our regional trains just across the border (Roosendaal, Maastricht, Aachen, Luxembourg, Lille or Maubeuge).

EuroCity (Brussels-Rotterdam) :
Monday 24/11 : 11 trains out of 16 will operate in each direction. The following trains are cancelled:

ICE
All ICE trains connecting Brussels, Cologne and Frankfurt will operate. However, they will diverted from their usual itinerary and will depart 20 minutes earlier from Brussels and Liège.
TGV INOUI
Alle TGV INOUI trains from and to Brussels will operate normally except:

Monday 24/11
Tuesday 25/11 and Wednesday 26/11
Thursday 27/11
OUIGO Brussels-Paris
All scheduled OUIGO trains will operate normally. Some trains had been cancelled earlier dur to engineering works.

Due to engineering works near Cologne, the ICE trains connecting Brussels with Frankfurt will be diverted around Cologne from Friday 14 November to Sunday 23 November 2025.
As a consequence, they will not be serving Köln Hbf (central station) as usual, but will be calling at Köln-Ehrenfeld suburban station (North-West of the city centre) instead.
Please check the adapted schedules in our journey planner if you travel to/from Cologne or if you have to change trains in Cologne.
