Local cross-border trains

For a delay or complaint about a trip with our local cross-border trains (Lille, Luxembourg, Maubeuge, Roosendaal, Breda, Maastricht or Aachen).

TGV INOUI and other SNCF trains

For a delay or complaint about your trip with TGV INOUI (whether or not from Brussels), with TER, Intercités or other SNCF trains in France.

OUIGO Brussels-Paris

Did you encounter a delay or do you have a complaint about your trip with OUIGO Brussels-Paris?
