For travelling abroad with EuroCity or InterCity trains, there are several special rates available to everyone (in addition to the standard fare), depending on the country you travel to.
When you travel from Belgium to Luxembourg, for instance, you can enjoy the Escapade, the Benelux Youth (for travellers aged under 26) and the Benelux Weekend rates.

Do you have a Railplus international reduction card? Then you receive a 25% reduction on your entire journey (25% off the standard fare).
Do you have a discount card valid on SNCB (Belgian Rail) trains (e.g. card for Large Families or a card for Preferential Reimbursement)? Then you can also enjoy your national reduction for the Belgian portion of an international route with an InterCity, InterRegio or local train.
