We are pleased that specific facilities for mobility impaired passengers are provided in most international trains and railway stations.

 

For any request for assistance on an international journey from or to a Belgian station, please fill in our assistance request form at least 48h prior to travelling, or call the information and assistance centre of SNCB Mobility at +32 (0)2 528.28.28 (7:00 AM to 9:30 PM).

 

Receive free confirmation of your assistance request by SMS

Reduced mobility passengers requesting assistance with the SNCB can also receive confirmation of their request by text. This service is completely free of charge and is available for all assistance requests made online or via the Contact Center.

 

To take advantage of this free service, tick the "I would like to receive confirmation of my request by SMS" option when making your request online, or specify this to our operator when making your request by phone.

 

On the day of travel, please make sure to arrive at the set meeting point at least 30 minutes before your international train's scheduled departure (45 minutes if you travel with Eurostar).
