Conditions
Unused passes are eligible for a full refund but a EUR 25 administration fee will apply.
Used passes are non-refundable. Unused passes must be returned to be eligible for a refund. Peak-hour fares apply to journeys commencing in non-peak hours with a return journey during peak hours.
