Overnight trains are the ideal solution for long journeys - you're taken safely to your destination while you sleep. It's pleasant, and easy on the pocket as well, because you're saving the price of a night in a hotel!

 

Several overnight trains leave from Belgium, while other destinations can be reached with a connection in Paris (Southern France, Italy or Spain) or in Cologne (Switzerland, Austria, Scandinavia and Central and Eastern Europe).

Every evening, City Night Line trains leave from Cologne to some of Europe’s most beautiful cities and regions. City Night Line are comfortable overnight trains with special attention to detail. That‘ll take the stress out of your journey! As you rub the sleep from your eyes, breakfast is waiting and a few moments later you'll be arriving in Copenhagen, Prague or at the foot of the Alps.

City Night Line offers 3 different types of sleeping accommodation: reclining seats, couchettes or sleepers.

City Night Line passengers are welcome in the bar and lounge car, to enjoy a drink, a snack or a light meal or breakfast.
