Exchange and refund of Thalys tickets in Germany from 9 June

From Sunday 9 June 2013, Deutsche Bahn will no longer deliver Thalys tickets. From this date, it will no longer be possible to change or cancel Thalys tickets at Deutsche Bahn points of sale.

If you are in Germany and if you want to change or cancel your Thalys tickets (purchased through SNCB), we advise you to contact the SNCB Europe Contact Center on +32 (0)70 79 79 79 (€0,30/minute).

For customers in Cologne, after sales assistance for Thalys tickets is also available at Thalys Store&More, directly opposite the main entrance of Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof).

Crazy Thalys: more seats at low fares in Comfort 2 this Summer

This summer, Thalys is offering even more availability for less to Paris. Book your tickets between 14th April and 7th September 2013 and discover the 'Crazy Thalys' trains!

Between 14th July and 7th September, only Comfort 2 fares will be available on the following Thalys services, even in coaches that are usually dedicateds to Comfort 1:

 Offer valid for journeys from Bruxelles-Midi to Paris-Nord (and vice versa).
 Reservations, 14 April - 7th September 2013 inclusive.

SNCB Europe mobile app now available for Windows Phone 7/8

NEW: Starting today you can download free the SNCB Europe application for Windows Phone (7/8). Since December 2012, our app has been available for iPhone and Android.

From 1 March 2013, ticket collection limited to 81 SNCB Stations

International train ticket sales at SNCB stations are being reorganised from 1 March 2013.

This means that international ticket collection will no longer be possible from the following stations:

Andenne, Angleur, Châtelet, Dinant, Essen, Geraardsbergen, Gouvy, Heiden, La Louviere Centre, Landen, Lede, Leuze, Lichtervelde, Liedekerke, Jemelle, Kalmthout, Marheban, Pepinster, Péruwelz, Saint Ghislain, Schaerbeek, Spa, Tamines, Torhout , Vielsalm, Virton and Welkenraedt.

However, there are 81 other SNCB stations where you can collect pre-booked and paid for international tickets. See the full list of stations >
