Mid Flex: these rates only permit a partial refund
-

Have you considered travel insurance?
Our partner Touring allows SNCB Europe to provide cancellation insurance that can be purchased when you are booking your train tickets (only applies to trains with mandatory reservation, except for night-trains).
For just € 2.50 per person per journey, you can insure travel costs for a whole series of unexpected events (even if you have chosen a Non-Flex rate). The full summary of unforeseen events can be found under Touring general conditions.
Have you chosen a Mid-Flex rate? SNCB Europe will then pay back the refundable percentage of your travel costs and Touring will pay you the rest.
