You have a Digital Homeprint ticket?
Travelling with a Digital Homeprint tickets is the newest and easiest way! You print the ticket at home on a A4 sheet. The upper half of this sheet is similar to a normal ticket. You can see all the details like on a normal ticket: departure station, arrival station, date, etc.

If you want to exchange your tickets by the conditions of the chosen fare, the booking reference (DNR) in the upper corner of the ticket is very important. This 7-letter code should be mentioned in every communication concerning your tickets (information, exchange or cancellation, etc.)
Through the SNCB Europe Contact Center +32 (0) 70 79 79 79 (€0,30 per minute), only tickets bought by phone or online through the SNCB can be exchanged or refunded.
You travel ticketless?
Ticketless Thalys allows you to travel to any Thalys destination without a printed train ticket. You are no longer required to pick up your ticket from the station, to have the ticket sent to you or to print your ticket at home.
If you travel ticketless, we also give you a booking reference of 6 letters (PNR). This reference can be used to facilitate the exchange in a foreign country, where only the PNR code is used.
If you would like to exchange your ticketless train ticket following the fare conditions, then this PNR code is very important. You can find this reference in the SNCB Europe of Thalys confirmation mail. This PNR reference will be asked in every communication concerning your ticket (information, exchange, refund, etc.)
