The SNCB Europe Contact Center can be reached at +32 (0) 70 79 79 79. (€0,30 per minute), from Monday till Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM; at weekends and public holidays from 9 AM to 4.30 PM.
Through this contact center, you can book your trips to the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Great Britain, Switzerland and Austria. If you traver further than these countries, the service Special Products can also be of assistance.
Tickets that have been ordered through the Contact Center can be collected until departure at one of the stations with international service.

Service fee for buying international tickets by phone
The SNCB Europe Contact Center and the SNCB Europe stations charge a service fee for the purchase of international train tickets. This fee is not refundable.
