General terms and conditions for buying international tickets online
1. This Website is owned and managed by SNCB Europe, a Direction of SNCB/NMBS (Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Belges/ Nationale Maatschappij der Belgische Spoorwegen), limited liability company of public law, with registered office at Avenue de la Porte de Hal 40, 1060 Brussels, VAT BE 869 763 069, registered under company number 0869 763 069.
2. When booking international tickets through this Internet site you hereby confirm being at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to buy services through this Website. You agree being responsible for all financial transactions with respect to the use of this Website, inclusive all transactions on your behalf made by e.g. minors in your custody.

5. If you don't receive your tickets in time, then, whatever kind of delivery you've chosen (collection from the ticket office, from a ticket dispenser, by post or Digital Homeprinting), you must inform our Contact Center International as quickly as possible, always before your train's departure time, by calling +32 (0)70 79 79 79 (€0,30/min) or e-mailing telesales@b-rail.be. If you contact us by phone, we may ask you to send a confirmation e-mail.
6. For the application of art. 1,2° of the Royal Decree of 18.11.2002, the consumer does not have the reneging right as stipulated in art. 80 of the Law of 14th July 1991with regard to the commercial practices and the information and protection of the consumer.
7. In some cases a personal assistance supplement and/or payment fees may be payable by the client when purchasing or exchanging tickets, train passes or other products with SNCB Europe (International Contact Centre, SNCB stations with international ticket sales desks or over the Internet). The customer will always be informed about this supplement when the order is made or confirmed.
8. Tickets, train passes or other products sold online on the SNCB Europe website do not completely correspond to the products available through the International Contact Centre and SNCB Europe stations with international ticket sales desks. Customers wishing to purchase products not available online will be directed to the Contact Centre
9. All disputes following the booking of tickets through this Website are insofar as legally authorized subject to Belgian law. The Belgian Courts of Law hold exclusive rights.
Additional terms and conditions for Digital Homeprinting
1. Your ticket is only valid if it is printed on white A4 paper, blank on front and back, without any modification to the print size, in portrait (vertical) format with a laser printer or inkjet printer. It may not under any circumstances be presented in another form (electronic, screen…).
2. Your ticket printed at home has the same characteristics as a ticket delivered in station, in the train or via the automatic distributors of tickets.
3. Good quality printing is necessary. Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible tickets will not be accepted on the train and will be considered invalid. If there is a problem with the printing or it is of poor quality, you should reprint your pdf. file.
4. Your ticket can be exchanged and/or refunded when allowed by the chosen fare, and if your ticket has not been used.
5. Your ticket is strictly personal and is non-transferable. On inspection, you must show an official means of identification which is currently valid and has a photo: identity card or passport.
6. This ticket is only valid for the train, the date, the class and the route set out on it. In the event that the price shown on the ticket is a price based on obligatory return, you must be able to present both tickets (the outward and the return ones) to the inspector on board. Failing this, this ticket will be considered invalid and you will have to purchase another one so as to comply with the regulations.
7. This ticket must be retained until you have left the destination station.
