Our Contact Center International can provide you with all useful information about your train journeys to the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Great Britain, Switzerland and Austria. You can purchase your tickets by phone to these countries as well.
The SNCB Europe Contact Center International is available from Monday till Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM; at weekends and public holidays from 9 AM to 4.30 PM.

The SNCB Europe Contact Center will charge a service fee for the purchase of international train tickets by phone. This fee is not refundable.
