Thalys Bar

The on-board Bar is open to all passengers. Here you can purchase:

• A wide array of snacks and drinks.
• Credits for using the Wi-Fi connection in Comfort 2.
• Tickets for public transports in Paris, the Netherlands, Aachen, Cologne and Brussels.

Wi-Fi connection

All Thalys trains*** have wireless internet access to help you make the most of your journey time.
WiFi is free for passengers in first class and for passengers who have purchased particular 2nd class fares (Semi-Flex, ThePass and B2B, see the Thalys guide below).

Thalys Le Salon

What? A separate, private meeting area for up to four people.
Where? On Thalys trains, at the front of each train set.
For whom? For all Thalys passengers, but mainly for business travellers.
Suitable for: Work meetings, cosy get-togethers with family or friends...

Conditions of use:

• Booking of the entire area is required (4 seats)
• Book up to 2 days before departure
• Single or return tickets available
• Available in Comfort

Exchange and refund:

• Unlimited exchange before departure
• 100% refund at your Thalys departure station prior to departure and up to 1 hour after departure of your service. 50% refund after this period.
• If tickets are exchanged or refunded, all issued tickets must be presented.

Access to the Lounges

At the main stations which are served by Thalys, travellers have free access to the Lounges. These are comfortable areas for working and relaxing, with free wireless internet (Wi-Fi), meeting rooms, newspapers and magazines, as well as a self-service bar.

• Brussels-Midi: show your Thalys TheCard for access to the Thalys TheCard Lounge.
• Amsterdam, Schiphol and Rotterdam: show your Thalys Comfort 1 ticket for access to the NS Hispeed Lounge (on the day of travel).
• Paris-Nord : show your Thalys TheCard for access to the "Salon Grand Voyageur".
• Cologne : show your Thalys TheCard for access to the Thalys TheCard Lounge at the Thalys Store&More.
