InterCity Express Corporate Programme (iCP)

voyageurs affaires à bord d'ICE

ICE is a German high-speed train that takes travellers from Brussels-South station to Frankfurt in just four hours. With four return trips per day, this luxury high-speed train provides you with the very best comfort both in first and second class. All ICE carriages have sockets to which you can connect your computer or mobile phone (220V). There is sufficient space to work and, in the bistro carriage, you can enjoy a top class breakfast, lunch or evening meal.

Thanks to the high-speed link, many other German destinations are also within easy reach, such as Bonn, Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Hannover and Berlin (transfer in Köln),  and Freiburg and Stuttgart (transfer in Frankfurt).

What is iCP?

iCP is a programme that has been especially developed for companies that regularly travel to Germany with ICE. The iCP contract is provided free of charge and gives you a discount of 15% on the basic ticket price. Customers travelling with a 1st class ticket also have access to the exclusive DB business lounge in Keulen, Frankfurt and other cities.

The applicant commits to:

  • officially including ICE in their travel policies for journeys from Belgium to Germany (Aachen, Köln, Frankfurt).
  • publicising the use of ICE to its employees.
  • working with the sales office (station, travel agent) to monitor adherence to the travel policy and providing information to SNCB about this on a regular basis (times to be determined).
  • realising a minimum turnover of € 5.000 with ICE.
